Sizing nightwear is an art.  Bonsoir's ranges are loose enough to move freely as you sleep, yet tailored and shaped to look great.

Please note that the sizing guide indicates your measurements and not the measurements of the product.  The garment will be bigger because we know that you want to feel comfortable and relaxed in your loungewear and nightwear.

1. Return Window​

We accept returns within 7 days​ of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Eligible Return Conditions​

Due to the intimate nature of sleepwear, accepted returns must meet ALL of the following:

• No signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant, or cosmetics

• Original tags attached and hygiene seal (if any) intact

• Returned with original packaging and free gifts

3. Non-returnable Items​

• Worn, washed, or damaged items not caused by our error

• Customized or personalized products (e.g., embroidery)

• Final sale / clearance items marked “No Return”

4. Exchanges​

We offer size/style exchanges within 7 days.

• Exchange due to sizing issues: customer covers return & reshipping fees

• Exchange due to defective/wrong item: we cover all shipping costs

5. Refunds​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process the refund within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items​

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours​ of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Free Domestic Shipping

Please allow up to two business days to fulfill and issue your tracking number (unless there is a red delayed date posted in the product description). Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect to receive your order within 2–5 business days.

Please note that while we will issue you a tracking number once we have fulfilled your order, you may not be able to track your package immediately. Tracking information will not appear until your package is scanned by the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

We ship to any region via DHL Global Express. DHL calculates the shipping cost based on weight and destination. The cost does not include taxes, tariffs and customs fees. DHL also requires the recipient to bear the customs duties and taxes. We cannot determine the import tax as it depends on various factors, including but not limited to the destination country of shipment and the price of the goods.

We cannot guarantee the delivery time as it depends on the customs clearance processing. All international parcels can be tracked after being scanned by the carrier.
