1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
Due to the intimate nature of sleepwear, accepted returns must meet ALL of the following:
No signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant, or cosmetics
Original tags attached and hygiene seal (if any) intact
Returned with original packaging and free gifts
3. Non-returnable Items
Worn, washed, or damaged items not caused by our error
Customized or personalized products (e.g., embroidery)
Final sale / clearance items marked “No Return”
4. Exchanges
We offer size/style exchanges within 7 days.
Exchange due to sizing issues: customer covers return & reshipping fees
Exchange due to defective/wrong item: we cover all shipping costs
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process the refund within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at no extra cost.

Please allow up to two business days to fulfill and issue your tracking number (unless there is a red delayed date posted in the product description). Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect to receive your order within 2–5 business days.
Please note that while we will issue you a tracking number once we have fulfilled your order, you may not be able to track your package immediately. Tracking information will not appear until your package is scanned by the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
We ship to any region via DHL Global Express. DHL calculates the shipping cost based on weight and destination. The cost does not include taxes, tariffs and customs fees. DHL also requires the recipient to bear the customs duties and taxes. We cannot determine the import tax as it depends on various factors, including but not limited to the destination country of shipment and the price of the goods.
We cannot guarantee the delivery time as it depends on the customs clearance processing. All international parcels can be tracked after being scanned by the carrier.
